In view of the notification from Shanghai Maritime Bureau which is about the EDI declare notification for foreign trade container of dangerous goods No. 133, and for the convenience of the consignor and the shipper to operate the shipment of dangerous goods, for the efficiency and quality of our service , please provide us the following files timely:

First , when booking for your dangerous goods you have to provide the following files:
1. A faxed copy of THE SHIPPING ODDER on which there is the booking stamp or business stamp
2. A faxed copy of THE APPRAISAL RESULT LIST FOR THE PACKAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTATION or THE PROOF OF PRESSURE VESSEL .

Second, if you need our dangerous good service of packing , declare, Customs declaration , you should also provide the following files:
1. The original of THE APPRAISAL RESULT LIST FOR THE PACKAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTATION or THE PROOF OF PRESSURE VESSEL .
2. The original of THE SPECIFICATION FOR THE DANGEROUS GOODS on which there should be the official stamp of your company (one for each commodity ), all the files for Customs declaration, product manuals and molecular formula structured .
3. If the shipment of dangerous goods is packaged by carton, you still need to provide THE APPRAISAL RESULT LIST FOR THE PACKAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTATION.
4. The above files have to be mailed us 4 days before the shipment .
5. You have to deliver the dangerous good to the warehouse timely according the CARGO DELIVERY NOTICE

Third, if you need us to provide the service of door to door , the warehouse you appoint should be a regular one for dangerous goods, and mail us the original of THE PACKING SPECIFICATION .
